Costs and Standard Charges
- Landlords gas safety check : £70+VAT
- Gas boiler service charge : £70+VAT
- Boiler breakdown diagnosis fee : £70+VAT
- Combined landlords safety check and boiler service : £120+VAT
- Labour per hour : £60+VAT
- Call out fee : £120+VAT (includes first hour labour)
- Labour per hour (outside of normal operating times) : £85+VAT
- Call out fee (outside of normal operating hours) : £170+VAT
Our Normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm excluding Bank holidays.
